Required Qualifications:
- Min 1 year experience working in a high volume professional kitchen
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude, as well as a desire to learn and grow and develop new skills
- General knife handling, food & safety & sanitation knowledge
- Ability to read reciepe cards and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Great working with a team with strong communications skills
- Passion for food and the business
